Jon is a Director at Hg, focusing on software investments with a particular focus on capital markets, tax/accounting, and ERP. He worked on investments in Sovos, IFS, and WorkWave, and Jon currently sits on the boards of Nitrogen, Sovos, and WorkWave. He is also a founding member of Hg’s San Francisco office and is based in the Bay Area. Prior to joining Hg in London in 2019, Jon worked at ICONIQ Capital in San Francisco focused on technology buyouts. Before ICONIQ, he spent almost four years at Vista Equity Partners, where he was involved in a number of the firm’s large cap investments. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science with a double concentration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia, where he graduated with Distinction.
