Raoul van der Berg is the SVP of Growth at Nitrogen, the client engagement platform for wealth management firms. With more than 20 years of experience building and scaling high-performance B2B sales organizations across North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific, Raoul leads Growth Marketing, Strategic & Advisor Sales and Marketing Operations — with a mandate to create demand, accelerate pipeline, and drive predictable revenue growth.
Before joining Nitrogen, Raoul held progressive sales and marketing leadership roles across some of the most recognized names in B2B technology. At Galvanize — the GRC and risk management software company later acquired by Diligent in a US$1B transaction — he built the global SDR function from the ground up, growing the team, operating across Vancouver, London, and Singapore, before leading the post-acquisition integration of the combined sales development organization at Diligent. Earlier in his career, he held sales leadership roles at Marcus Evans and Fleming, managing teams of 150+ across five offices in four countries, and co-founded Kakushin Group, an online events business he grew and successfully sold.
