AI Agents Welcome
It's all included. Nucleus, native connectors, and MCP tools come with your current plan. No add-ons, no separate licenses.
AI DOES THE WORK
Anything you can do in Nitrogen, an agent can do with you.
Build a portfolio from an outside statement. Set a Risk Number® target. Send a questionnaire. Generate a Retirement Map. Pull a shortlist out of Research Center. Turn a 1040 into a Tax Snapshot. Walk into the 9am already prepped.
Same work. The only question is where you’re sitting when you ask for it.
Three ways to work with agents:

1. Use Nucleus Inside Nitrogen
Your teammate, everywhere in our platform.

2. Use Nucleus in Slack or Teams
Your teammate, where your team already works.

3. Connect Your Own Assistant
Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot, working on your account.
- Using Nucleus

Now live for everyone1 at no additional cost.
Most AI is just a brain that can talk. Nucleus has hands. It’s embedded across Risk Center, Research Center, Income Center, Tax Center, Legacy Center, and Insurance Center, working on the client data already in your account. Learn More
1 Nucleus is not available in some legacy plans, and is still in the approval process at some broker dealers.
- Setting Up Slack

You can now connect Nitrogen to Slack and engage with Nucleus right where your team already works.
- Setting Up Microsoft Teams

Support for Microsoft Teams is coming soon.
- Setting Up Claude

Claude — Custom Connector now available. Native Connector in the Connectors Directory coming soon. To set up a custom connector, use our MCP server URL [
https://api2.riskalyze.com/mcp] and follow Anthropic’s setup guideOn Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner can add the connector once at the organization level, then everyone connects their own account.
- Setting Up ChatGPT

ChatGPT — Custom App now available via Developer mode. Nitrogen Plugin coming soon to the ChatGPT Plugins Directory. To set up a Custom App, use our MCP server URL [
https://api2.riskalyze.com/mcp] and follow OpenAI’s setup guideBusiness and Enterprise workspaces may need an administrator to enable it first.
- Setting Up Copilot

Microsoft 365 Copilot — available by request. Copilot handles MCP differently than everyone else does, so we’re setting firms up one at a time while we smooth it out. It’s a short provisioning step on our side and a short setup on yours, so we’ll get on the call with your IT team to do it. Self-serve is coming. Request Copilot access
Nothing beyond your current plan. Nucleus and agent access are included. There’s no agent SKU and no usage pricing on top.
For Claude and ChatGPT, no — it’s a settings screen and a login. For Copilot, your IT administrator does the setup and we help.
No. Every connection is scoped to one advisor’s own Nitrogen account. If you need access across multiple advisor books at once, let’s talk.
No. It falls under the same certifications and controls as everything else on the platform — ISO/IEC 42001, SOC 2, and regular third-party penetration testing. Our Trust Center has our security posture and documentation, so your compliance team can start their review without scheduling a call first.
No. Anything that touches client data still requires a human “yes.”
Not on business plans. On Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot business and enterprise plans, an administrator enables Nitrogen for the organization first. Until that happens, individual users can’t add it. The firm decides whether the connector exists at all.
Yes. Once the connector is enabled, admins can disable specific tools. For example, a firm that wants to allow lookups and research — but block anything that writes or sends — can configure it that way.
No. Customer data is never used to train or fine-tune models. Ever. This is also binding on all subprocessors; committed in writing.
Then nothing changes for now, and you’re welcome to use our products the way they’ve always worked. Let your Nitrogen representative know you’d like to expedite AI approval, and we’ll put in a good word.
