David Rivoir

Board Member

As a member of Hg’s Mercury team, based in New York, David works on software and services investments in North America with a focus in the Legal & Compliance and ERP clusters.

David joined Hg in 2024 from Apax Partners where he worked on the Technology team, investing in software businesses globally.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University, with a Minor in Entrepreneurship.
