Nick Harding serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Nitrogen, driven by a deep passion for software, business, and customer satisfaction. With over a decade in the software industry, Nick has contributed his expertise to Fortune 500 companies such as State Street Bank, Wells Fargo Financial, and Ameriprise. At Nitrogen, he oversees Customer Support, Coaching/Training, and Implementation Teams, ensuring exceptional service and seamless experiences for clients.

His extensive background includes more than ten years of management and operational consulting for small businesses, where he has honed his skills in leadership and team empowerment. Nick regularly shares his expertise in webinars and at the annual Fearless Investing Summit.

Nick holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the UC Davis Graduate School of Management. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is a dedicated husband and father, residing in Northern California near Nitrogen’s headquarters. Nick is committed to cultivating strong leadership and excellence within his teams.
