Tricia is an active wealth-tech board director, consultant and investor. She served as President of Apex Fintech Solutions in 2020 and 2021, and prior to that, was responsible for an $800M portfolio of global software, data, and research business lines at Morningstar, where she served as the firm’s Chief Product Officer and Co-Head of Global Markets. During her 26 years at Morningstar, she launched and led its equity research business and spearheaded the transformational technology initiatives that brought innovation as well as operational discipline to the company’s core wealth and asset management-focused offerings. In addition to the Nitrogen Board of Directors, Tricia serves on the CFA Institute Board of Governors, the board of Financial Fitness Group, and the nonprofit financial empowerment organization for high-school girls, Rock the Street Wall Street. In 2021, she was named “Most Likely to Change Wealth Management” by Financial Planning and was named to the InvestmentNews “Women to Watch” list in 2020.
