The company today serves tens of thousands of financial advisors across the United States and has twice been named one of the World’s 10 Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company Magazine. With over a decade of experience at Nitrogen, he plays a pivotal role in architecting the company’s go-to-market operations. Ethan has lead growth teams at multiple venture backed organizations culminating in successful exits, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from New York University, and possesses expertise in systems architecture, data analysis, research, and operations leadership.

Team of Leaders! — I absolutely love that we let data win out over rank and title. The Nitrogen culture rewards those that “give up their legos” so that we can build bigger towers. Most other companies have the exact opposite ideology and it leads to political infighting over resources/budgets/etc.

Most People Don’t Know

I started my career so young that I had to take my high school GED at the ripe age of 15 and get a work permit to be exempt from truancy laws. Also, I used to play a lot of contact sports. Despite having 7 siblings, I have had more broken bones than all of the other 7 combined. Now I stick to golf and skiing.
